Coordinated the installation and deployment of the Hotel Expert system, a rapid response program, which enabled the centralization of the housekeeping, PBX, and engineering departments to increase employee accountability, decrease customer wait-time for services, and reduce costs.

Handled all of the administrative functions including budgets, payroll, hiring, and scheduling for the department. Coordinated with Casino Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Offices for the accommodations, activities, and amenities for VIP guests.
