• HREC Investment Advisors - Senior Vice President - The hospitality industry’s premier boutique brokerage and investment advisory firm.  Our experience resolving complex issues dealing with hotel sales, debt and equity, and ownership concerns have allowed us to develop a reputation as skilled advisors and closers.
• Arlington Hospitality - Director of Development - Completed over 25 hotel disposition transactions with a total asset value in excess of $60 million.  Worked toward completion on seven new hotel development projects with over 500 rooms and a total asset value in excess of $50 million.
• Lane Hospitality - Director of Business Development - Completed several third party management, refinancing and disposition transactions for a variety of properties with brands including Hilton, Renaissance, Amerisuites, and Crowne Plaza.
• Insignia/ESG Hotel Partners - Associate Director - Worked as a team member on over 60 transactions with an asset value well in excess of $400 million.  Developed purchase scenarios, solicited and negotiated with buyers.  Brands represented included Hyatt, Intercontinental, Hilton and Radisson.
• HVS International - Senior Analyst - Performed appraisals and feasibility studies for a variety of hospitality assets including urban convention hotels, beach resorts and full-service suburban hotels (Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, Embassy Suites, Sheraton)
