    • Created new hotels and conversion franchises in Southern California and Nevada territories
    • Revived new construction hotel development which had been stagnant for 30 years
    • Actively selected hotel sites as well as recruited capital, developers, financing, and management for each project
    • Created 69 franchise units and renewals worth $210M in revenue through the creation of new construction opportunities with new clients (replaced outdated hotels)

    • Established the Western U.S. Select Service practice; focused on properties under $25M for Brokerage, Financing and Advisory Services
    • As the selling broker for 5 hotel portfolio package in the San Francisco Bay Area: created market offering, toured clients and negotiated offers for a $68M closing
    • As the listing and selling broker for an 8 hotel portfolio in Fargo, ND: created the market offering, toured clients and negotiated offers for a $100M closing
    • As the selling broker: secured client for asset purchases of a Radisson ($26M) and Holiday Inn ($32M) in Los Angeles
  • Intercontinental Hotel Group; 2000 - 2007 - Regional Director, Franchise Sales - A leading developer and franchisor of hotel brands, which included InterContinental, Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Even Hotels, Crowne Plaza, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites
