Associate - Hotel & Gaming Consultant or Brokerage Analyst (Entry Level position)

Requirements:

  • Above average, superior intelligence;
  • BS/BA degree in hotel administration;
  • hotel and/or casino operating experience;
  • strong analytical, financial and writing skills;
  • solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • self-motivated;
  • strong work ethic, available for extensive travel throughout North America, job will require working some nights and weekends in addition to days;
  • desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy entrepreneurial environment where you can play a critical role in the on-going growth of a prestigious national firm.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Consulting: Hotel and gaming real estate investment counseling activities, including, market studies, appraisals, impact studies, litigation support, development assistance and investor due diligence;

Brokerage: Assist senior brokers and investment bankers in preparation of Disposition Analyses, research and write IOM’s (Investment Offering Memorandums), provide support to facilitate closings of hotel transactions;

Travel: Must visit, inspect and analyze hotels and resorts located throughout North America;

High level interaction: Extensive client exposure directly with hotel, real estate and gaming industry leaders and client company presidents/senior level executives;

Extensive exposure: Work on major, high-profile hospitality industry projects.


Paid Internships are also available for intelligent and motivated undergraduate or graduate college students looking to explore the hospitality real estate consulting and brokerage industries. Individuals majoring in hotel administration preferred.
