Royal Holiday Portfolio

The Royal Holiday Portfolio sought to structure financing for a 5-property, 926-room resort portfolio.  The portfolio consisted of the Hyatt Cancun Caribe, Park Royal Cozumel, Park Royal Piramides Cancun, Park Royal Acapulco, and Park Royal Los Cabos.
 

 

      

Sheraton Studio City

American Property Hospitality Management sought to arrange the senior financing on the 301-room Sheraton Studio City located on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. Our clients’ repositioning strategy included a $4 million renovation resulting in the conversion of the asset to the Four Points by Sheraton Brand.

 

      

Sheraton Gunter

Arranged high leveraged acquisition financing of the historic 322-room Sheraton Gunter Hotel in downtown San Antonio, Texas.  The financing was highly structured including a senior and a subordinated loan, capital for renovation, and other features.
